Recipes for Lunch and/or Dinner
I am working on better organization of my recipes – but until I think of a better system (hint, hint, suggestions are welcome!) this will have to do. Here you’ll find recipes for grain dishes, breads and wraps, proteins like marinades for tempeh and tofu, recipes for proteins like bean burgers and seitan, dressings and good old-fashioned casseroles.
Nearly everything is vegetarian, and most could easily be made vegan if it is not already. When I first started blogging I ate meat occasionally until pretty much stopping. It wasn’t until late summer 2010 that I started eliminating dairy and eggs, as well. Being that half my recipes have been made since then, a fair amount of these are probably already vegan, too.
